2014 was really great for us, as we continued to grow and prove our vision about the Skype Camming Industry. Because of the huge success in some countries, we considered that we should make the next step by getting closer to the language and culture in those places, so we can offer support to local Models / Studios and (why not) Affiliates / Partners.

The first step in this case was made for Romania. This means that starting from next week, 16.02.2015, we will offer Romanian language Support for models.

     From now on, when you create a support ticket or send an email to support@skyprivate  or talk to us on skype ID “skyprivatesupport” just start with “buna” and say “I need support in romanian”.

We are also planning soon to offer Spanish Support, because this was the third big request from Latin America and other Spanish speaking countries (like Colombia).

  We want to remind Models that SkyPrivate is the only way to get paid for the time spent in Skype Calls. We’ve made it possible to charge every minute of the video/audio calls, so the trust is no more an issue. Also another thing we’re proud of is that we’ve made it possible to guarantee every transaction which was paid per minute, and we recommend all the models to use it more, mainly because of this.

Another message goes to the Studios, from Romania and not only, so we can tell them something that wasn’t maybe clear till now, that  our service is also designed for studios. All the payments earned by their models are forwarded to their Studio Accounts in SkyPrivate.

Although we’re already globally active, we believe that this way we can be closer to those who supported us till now, the Members, Models, Studios and of course our Partners via a B2B API integration.

In Limba romana (english version above):

2014 a fost foarte important pentru noi, așa cum am continuat să crestem, in acelasi timp am reusit să dovedim viziunea noastră despre videochat facut pe Skype. Datorită succesului imens în unele țări, am considerat că ar trebui să facem pasul următor prin apropierea de limba și cultura în acele locuri, astfel încât să putem oferi sprijin la Modele locale / studiouri (si de ce nu) la Afiliatii / si Partenerii locali.

Primul pas în acest caz a fost făcut catre România. Acest lucru înseamnă că, începând de săptămâna viitoare, 16.02.2015, vom oferi suport pentru clienti (modele) in limba româna.

Atunci când creați un tichet de suport sau trimiteti un e-mail sau sa vorbiti cu noi pe Skype la ID-ul “skyprivatesupport” începeti cu un “buna” si apoi “am nevoie de sprijin în limba română”.

Avem de asemenea, in plan ca în curând sa oferim suport si in limba spaniolă, deoarece aceasta a fost a treia cerere mare, din America Latină, din țări vorbitoare de limba spaniolă (cum ar fi Columbia).

Dorim să reamintim Modelelor ca SkyPrivate este singura modalitate de a fi plătit pentru timpul petrecut în Apeluri Skype. Am făcut posibil acest lucru pentru a taxa fiecare minut de apel video / audio, astfel încât încrederea in clienti sa nu mai fie o problemă. De asemenea, un alt lucru de care suntem mândri e că am făcut posibilă garantarea fiecarei tranzacții care a fost plătită pe minut (nu exista chargeback), si recomandam tuturor modelelor să folosească mai mult aceasta metoda, mai ales din cauza asta.

Un mesaj pentru Studiourile din România și nu numai, este că serviciul nostru e proiectat pentru modele la fel de mult cat si pentru studiouri. Toate platile realizate de modelele voastre sunt transmise in contul de Studio SkyPrivate. Astfel Skyprivate devine defapt un instrument prin care se poate administra complet activitatea pe skype – eliminand toate temerile legate de plati/schimb de informatii private/etc.

Desi suntem deja la nivel global activi, noi credem că în acest fel putem fi mai aproape de cei care ne-au sprijinit până acum, Membrii, Modele, Studiourile și, desigur, partenerii noștri, care au integrat API-ul nostru in platformele lor de videochat..

Ne bucuram sa fim mai aproape de tine, de Romania!
