1. How long does the campaign run?

The campaign runs from March 6 to March 31 (UTC+1).
Only revenue generated during this period qualifies for the 100% payout (from members registered during the campaign period).

2 What do I need to do to qualify?

To participate, you must:

1. Opt in via the dedicated campaign page.
   
2. Share your official referral link during the campaign period.
   

Only members you personally refer during the campaign period will qualify.

3. Can I join the campaign after March 6?

Yes, you can opt in during the campaign period. To qualify for the 100% payout, both conditions must be met after your opt-in:

• The member must register after you opt in.
• The spending must occur after you opt in.

4. What exactly do I earn?

For every member you refer during the campaign period, you will receive 100% of what that member spends with you between March 6 and March 31 (UTC+1).

This applies only to spending with you. Spending with other models does not qualify.

5. Do registrations or top-ups count?

No. Only members who generate actual paid interactions with you qualify. Registrations or top-ups alone do not count.

6. How is the 100% payout applied?

The payout adjustment is applied automatically.

Revenue will appear in two balances (these will equal 100% of the qualifying revenue):

• Your standard payout in your Account Balance.
• The additional campaign percentage in your Bonus Balance.

7. I am under a studio. How does this work for me?

For studio-affiliated models, the campaign adjustment is calculated based on the studio’s standard payout percentage (not your personal payout).

The 100% payout applies to the platform share. Your existing studio–model revenue split remains unchanged.

8. What if I refer someone on March 31 and they spend later?

Only spending that happens between March 6 and March 31 (UTC+1) qualifies. Revenue generated after March 31 will not be considered.

The campaign is open to all verified SkyPrivate models (independent and studio-affiliated) who have an active account during the campaign period.

Participation requires opting in through the dedicated campaign page in the model’s SkyPrivate account. 

Only members personally referred by the model through their official referral link during the campaign period will qualify.

2. Agreement to Terms

By opting into this campaign, models acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Campaign Terms and Conditions, as well as the general SkyPrivate Terms and Conditions.

Each model may participate using only one account. Any suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity (including artificial traffic generation, self-referrals, coordinated spending manipulation, or use of duplicate accounts) may result in immediate disqualification, removal of rewards, and potential account suspension or disabling.

3. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from March 6 to March 31 (UTC+1).

Only revenue generated during this period will be considered for the campaign rewards.

4. Campaign Details

To participate, models must:

• Opt in via the dedicated campaign page in their SkyPrivate account.
• Share their official referral link during the campaign period.

For every member personally referred during the campaign period, the model will receive 100% of the revenue generated by that referred member with the model between March 6 and March 31 (UTC+1).

The 100% payout applies only to the amounts spent by the referred member with the referring model. Spending with other models does not qualify.

Only members who generate actual paid interactions will qualify. Registrations or deposits alone do not qualify.

5. Reward Distribution:

• The 100% payout adjustment will be applied automatically during the campaign period.
• Revenue will be reflected partially in the model’s regular balance (based on their standard payout percentage) and partially in the bonus balance, which together will total 100% of the qualifying revenue.
• No manual bonus claim is required.

6. Payout Structure Clarification

• For independent models, the campaign adjustment will be calculated based on the model’s standard payout percentage.
• For studio-affiliated models, the campaign adjustment will be calculated based on the studio’s standard payout percentage (not the model’s personal payout).

7. Fraud & Abuse Policy

SkyPrivate reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant suspected of abusing the campaign.
• Exclude self-referred accounts.
• Exclude accounts created solely to generate artificial revenue.
• Reverse campaign benefits in cases of refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.
• Any detected abuse may result in restriction from future promotions.

8. Organizer Rights

The sole organizer of this campaign is SkyPrivate.com. SkyPrivate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
Any abuse of the campaign terms, such as attempts to exploit the system, may result in removal from the campaign, account suspension or closure, and further action.
