1. How long is the campaign active?
The campaign is initially valid for 24 hours (from November 28, 2025 at 00:00 UTC+1), with the possibility of being extended by 12 hours at SkyPrivate’s discretion.
It will end automatically when either a 30,000 total minutes cap is reached or the maximum time period expires, whichever comes first.
All pay-per-minute (PPM) calls made during this time are part of the promotion.
2. What is the special offer?
During the campaign, members will be charged a flat price of $0.69 per minute for all PPM calls.
Models will still receive their full standard price per minute – the difference is covered by SkyPrivate.
3. How is the price calculated for this campaign?
- Each model’s price per minute is saved and locked on November 20, 2025.
- This saved price will be used for all calls made during the campaign perios, even if the model changes the price afterward.
- If a model has different preferential prices set for specific members, those preferential prices will also be saved on November 20 and used during the campaign.
Example:
If a model’s price on November 20 is $2.00/min, and during the campaign the member pays $0.69/min, the model will still receive $2.00/min. The $1.31 difference per minute will be covered entirely by SkyPrivate.
4. Do I need to activate or register for the campaign?
No. All verified models are automatically included.
You don’t need to change your price or take any additional action.
5. Can I change my price before or during the campaign?
- Yes, but any changes made after November 20 will not affect your payout for the campaign.
- The price saved on November 20 will be used to calculate your earnings for calls on November 28.
- The same rule applies to preferential member prices – the saved value from November 20 will be used.
6. Which calls are included in the campaign?
The promotion applies only to pay-per-minute (PPM) calls.
Prepaid calls are not included.
7. What happens with the minimum call duration feature during the campaign?
The “minimum call duration” feature will be disabled for the campaign period. Earnings will be calculated based on the exact call duration, using the price saved on November 20.
8. What happens if a member requests a refund for a call made during the campaign?
Refunds will be processed according to the original value split:
The member’s charge ($0.69/min)
The model’s saved price per minute (covered difference). SkyPrivate covers the difference and adjusts the payout proportionally if a refund is approved.
9. Will this campaign affect my payout percentage or bonuses?
No. Your payout percentage remains the same.
Referral commissions will be calculated based on your full price per minute (on November 20), not on the $0.69 promotional price.
10. Do I need to do anything after the campaign ends?
No action is required.
Once the campaign ends, everything goes back to normal, and your price per minute resumes as usual.

The campaign is open to all verified models with active SkyPrivate accounts.
All models who participate in pay-per-minute (PPM) calls during the campaign period are automatically included.
No registration or opt-in is required.
2. Agreement to Terms
By participating in this campaign and in calls during the campaign period, models acknowledge that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the campaign’s Terms and Conditions and SkyPrivate’s general Terms and Conditions.
3. Campaign Period
* The campaign is initially valid for 24 hours (from November 28, 2025 at 00:00 UTC+1), with the possibility of being extended by 12 hours at SkyPrivate’s discretion.

4. Campaign Details
- During the campaign, members will be charged a flat price of $0.69/minute for all PPM private shows.
- Models will continue to receive their full standard price per minute, as set in their SkyPrivate account.
- SkyPrivate will cover the difference between the member’s promotional price ($0.69/minute) and the model’s saved price.
- The model’s price per minute value and each member’s preferential price are recorded and locked on November 20, 2025, to be used for payment calculations during the campaign day.
Example:
If a model’s regular price is $2.00 per minute, and during the campaign the member is charged $0.69 per minute,
the model will still receive the full $2.00 per minute. The difference of $1.31/minute will be covered entirely by SkyPrivate.
5. Conditions & Limitations
- All time references are based on Central European Time (UTC+1).
- The campaign applies only to pay-per-minute calls. Prepaid calls are not included.
- During the Black Friday campaign period, the “minimum call duration” feature will be disabled.
- Models will be paid based on the exact call duration, according to their saved price per minute (as of November 20).
- Models are free to conduct their normal activity before, during, and after the campaign – no additional setup or changes are needed.
- Extra % (90% payout) will be granted to full call value.
- Affiliate commission will be calculated at a 0.69$ rate/minute (what the member pays).
- Changing the price per minute and/or preferential price per minute after November 20, 2025, will not affect the payout price for the campaign day. Payments will be based on the price saved on November 20.
- SkyPrivate reserves the right to exclude any model from the campaign if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
6. Refund Policy
If a refund is requested by a member and approved by SkyPrivate:
Refunds will be processed according to the original value split – the member’s payment ($0.69/min) and SkyPrivate’s covered difference.
The model’s payout will be adjusted proportionally to the refunded amount, based on the saved price per minute.
SkyPrivate reserves the right to deny refunds or adjust payouts in cases of suspected abuse or repeated refund requests.
7. Payouts and Bonuses
Models will receive their full payout based on their saved price per minute (recorded on November 20).
Referral bonuses will be calculated based on the model’s full price, not the promotional member price.
Bonuses related to the 90% payout will continue to apply according to the model’s existing eligibility.
8. Organizer Rights
The sole organizer of this campaign is SkyPrivate.com. SkyPrivate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
Any abuse of the campaign terms, such as attempts to exploit the system, may result in removal from the campaign and further action.
