$ Create your SMART pricing strategy $

You already know how important is to attract new members or to reward members that are with you for a long time. And this is where we want to help you even more!

First: we do not say to change your price per minute. Because if you lower it, you will earn less money (and we do not want that) or if you set it higher you may get less customers (again , less money for you).

Here’s the strategy we thought of:

Let’s say that your regular price/min is $5. Promote to your customers that you can offer x minutes FREE chat AFTER each paid call longer than Y minutes ( you know better your members and this is where you can set the number of free minutes)

The steps would be (example):

1.     You inform the member that if the call will be longer than 10 minutes you will offer him another 5 minutes for free
2.     You make it clear to him that technically those 5 minutes are charged at $0.1/minute rate
3.     He starts the call with you and spends 10 minutes.
4.     You go to your skyprivate account here https://accounts.skyprivate.com/user/prices/ and find his skype ID in the list and set the price per minute for THIS caller to be $0.1
5.     You ask him to call again. Let him know again that this time he only pays $0.1/min and this offer is limited by the system (hey, blame the limitations on us, so that he does not try to exploit this and bother you in the future about this pricing)
6.     After 5 minutes you got another $0.5 but more important you got another 5 minutes added for yourself , a reward for that member and the knowledge that he will surely come back to you.
7.   Do not forget to return to https://accounts.skyprivate.com/user/prices/ and set back the price/min for this member to $5
