SkyPrivate Support Now in Russian

We are happy to announce that starting today our support team will be able to offer assistance in Russian. In this regard we will invite all our current Russian speaking members and models to feel free and contact us directly in their native tongue.

Why Russian

As in the case of our Spanish support, having a Russian speaking support department has become a necessity for us overtime. Due to the high volume of requests for this service to be added, and after analyzing our internal data, we have decided to go ahead and offer this option to all of our customers.

With this implementation we want to better understand all our Russian speaking customers and better assist them with any issues that they might have. We consider that it will be considerably easier to give you the assistance (especially in very technical situations) that you deserve.

Live replies will be available from Monday to Friday during 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT +2:00). Replies outside during hours will be resolved as soon as possible.

How to make sure you are talking to the official SkyPrivate Support (on Skype)

First, ALWAYS stay logged into the SkyPrivate plugin to see whether the person you are talking to is an Admin. Please note that every time you speak on Skype with one of the Official SkyPrivate Support Admins, the plugin will display the “SkyPrivate Admin” message.

Our only official Skype channel for Russian is live:skyprivate.rusia.
