January 7th, 2018 @ 16:00 GMT
Last week we informed you regarding the FirstchoicePay withdraws situation: they are not available for an yet undetermined period of time.
Following up on it, we’re coming back to you with a small piece of good news.
We decided to cancel all currently active withdraws using this payment option to allow you to ask for withdraws using the alternative means:
- Paxum
- ePayments
- Bitcoin
- Wire transfers (minimum of $2000 for studios and $1000 for models)
This will shorten the current withdraw process and allow us to send your money quicker.
If you are among the few that choose to wait until the situation is resolved and you have an active withdrawal request for FirstchoicePay, you will have to make a new withdrawal request. We’re sorry for the extra step but rest assured it will be processed as soon as everything is back on track.
For non US residents we recommend using the Paxum and ePayments services. If you do not have any of them
Current status:
What does it mean?
If you already requested a withdraw using the FirstchoicePay option or plan to do it soon you should know that we cannot process payouts to FirstchoicePay and if we do we can’t guarantee they will reach you in the regular estimated time.
Your money is not lost but we can’t safely ensure their delivery using this payout option. This is just a delay.
What can I do?
Meanwhile, we can offer you the following alternatives for the existing or the next pending payout:
- Paxum
(Fee: $2.00 | minimum payout is $40 | not available in USA) - Epayments
(Fee: $0.00 | minimum payout is $40 | not available in USA) - Bitcoin transfer
(Fee: $0.00 |minimum payout is $50 | network fee is paid by SkyPrivate) - Wire transfer
(Fee: $0.00 | minimum payout is $1000 for models and $2000 for studios) - ACH (Automated Clearing House)
(Fee: $0.00 |minimum payout is $500 for models and $1000 for studios | available only in USA)
The ACH option requires you to email us directly with the following details:- Name of the business or person
- Recipient’s address: Country / City Address / Postal code
- Bank details: Routing Number, Account number
- Account type: Checking OR Savings
- Amount to be withdrawn, in USD
Make sure you send this message from the email account you currently use with your SkyPrivate account.
Notice: the fees are dropped to 0 for Bitcoin, Wire transfers and ACH until the current situation will be sorted out.
Withdraw requests issued before January 1st, 2018 have been canceled and funds are available for payout using the above-suggested payout options first.
And if you are not in a hurry, we advise signing up (as long as you are not a US resident) for Paxum or ePayments accounts, to have a backup in the future, should similar situations arise.
Why is this happening?
Due to reasons beyond our control and related to technical issues of our bank, for the moment, we are not able to fund FirstchoicePay (former Payoneer) accounts.
We haven’t received yet an estimated time for solving this issue but we assure you that we are permanently in contact with the bank in order to fix the problem as soon as possible. Rest assured you will be informed when normal operations will be restored.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We assure you again that there is a temporary situation and both parts involved are working to shorten this delay.
